Watching flowers always makes me think of parallels to the human aging process.  Many different flowers with different life cycles from their first bloom until they shrivel up and blow away.  A different beauty in every stage.

Swinging into the weekend!

My Black-Eyed Susan vine, is back this year after I chopped it down by mistake last year.  So happy.  You may ask how one does that… well this little vine winds its way through the lavender Star Flower bush, which needs to be pruned regularly.  One of my pruning exercises managed to nip the main stem of the Black Eyed Susan vine.
